Home Alone

This week has been a whirlwind of dinners and lunches and work. Monday night I had dinner at an Arab Cafe, spinach puffs and this cheese pizza that was seasoned with some green herb.

Tuesday- Dinner with Cody, Dumas, and Nathan- I love those guys. They have been such a blessing to me. We had burgers and the traditional 7 layer dip, and we sat in the back in the table that I always like to sit at. Of course there is always a traditional Farkle- or for those of you who call it rock, paper, scissors- we had the traditional rock paper scissors. I rarely lose, and this time was no exception- Nathan lost and he had to eat the chip loaded with all the jalapenos in one big bite- look out- here comes fire belly!

Wednesday- Dinner with Jimmy. Jimmy is like a brother to me, I love him to death, even when we are far apart, I always know that he will always be there for me, he always gives sound advice, he rocks.

Thursday, my parents came all the way up to Plano to have dinner. We went to Texas Land and Cattle- that place rocks! It is nice when your parents will drive 45 miles one way just to have dinner with you, and then drive back home. Man I love them.

Friday night- I am here, alone, watching the Friends episode that I taped, eating left overs, and loving every blessed minute of it. I will probably go to bed around 9:30, sleep in till 7:45- the optimum hour- and then get up and do some painting.

The week has been busy, it is the kind of week that I love and I hate. I love it because it is so busy that you get a lot done and it goes by quickly- I hate it because I am worn out!

I miss you guys....
