Even Our Dogs are FAT!!

Americans are so overindulgent that even our dogs our fat- for real. Pedigree now has diet dog food! Isn't that hilarious- I mean really, doesn't it seem like that it would be easier to save money and help your dog lose some weight by not feeding him so dang much! It's crazy- the rest of the world is starving- and we have fat pets.

To do my part in keeping America thin I have started doing Cardio 5 times a week- at least 45 minutes, at least 600 calories burned each time- crazy to think that even working out that much I still only burn an extra 3000 calories and in order to burn off a pound you have to burn 3500 calories! Yack! Well, I was skinny once... it ain't all that great- but it sure was nice when people were chasing me- I could sure run a lot faster...


P.S. I know you like to think that your poo don't stink- but roses really do smell like boo boo. I am lovin that new Outkast song called Roses- it's the poo!
