but, the good thing about being on a diet is that you're supposed to eat smaller meals more often. maybe that will help.
til then, chew gum. that's what i do. it makes me feel like i'm munching, except without the calories. and it holds me off until it's REALLY time to eat. :)
My biggest enemy today has been tootsie rolls. Those little snacks of chocolaty goodness. They're even wrapped up in cute little wrapping, a little present for the taste buds. Darn that Tootsie and her roll, I can't say no until they are all gone. I try to stay out of the workroom where they are in an indescript brown gift bag but they call my name and speak of thier sweet chewy goodness. AAAAUUUUUGGGGGHHHHHHH. Calgon take me away.

I'm a big snacker, so lately it's been all about fruit and yogurt. Lite yogurt. You should try it!
