I really like Modest Mouse, their music is fresh and different and songs like Float On and The World at Large are just awesome!
I stuck with my diet all weekend too! The South Beach Diet isn't easy to stick to when your parents take you to Huck's Catfish in Sanger - I really wanted some of that good fried Catfish AND some of their hush puppies.... yum. Instead I had blackened catfish and blackened chicken - and suddenly the South Beach Diet was easy once again.
It was great spending the weekedn with my parents, they are awesome... I hope all of you are doing well.

Oh yes and the "what's my name in Chinese" crap ... I've had to deal with it for YEARS. People don't understand there is no phonetic translation of English names to Chinese unless you reaaaaally tried. So usually I gave answers of "what's Billy in Chinese" as "Billy the white devil" which sounds like "Billy chinga chonga cheng" to them anyway.
Someone had wanted "evil" tatooed on their arse once in Chinese. My mother who works at a hospital saw this patient having rectal issues and asked him why he had "shrimp fried rice" tatooed on his butt.
