These colors are HARD to work with though KT - a huge challenge...

ooh! i LOVE that font! i think the vertical stripes are kinda cool. did kt ever tell you what she wanted, or did you tire of waiting and start kicking around ideas with yourself?
Oh my word I like it a lot. I've been trying to come up with ideas I really have. All I have so far is that I like the colors brown, light blue, and rasberry (a reddish pink but not hot pink NOT HOT PINK), I like the stripes but i was thinking circles - I like circles for some reason. I will try and get some more specifics but I feel honored that you have put time into a site design. I AM SO LUCKY TO KNOW EDDIE

I like to design and yes, I got bored waiting for KT- and KT - your site already has circles, that must be why you are drawn to them - I would like to try to do some design that takes these blogs in a whole different direction, but man, it is really hard thinking outside the box - and who has time to get ultra grahpic? So, my designs are normally minimalist and functional -

Ok I am ready to take the plunge and go with lines but can we try the colors I suggested? A robbins egg blue, a rasberry pink (not hot pink), and add a little mint green and then a background color of chocolate. What do you think?
Katie - you can have your colors and your circles, you are still allowed to be drawn to them - I reread what I wrote and I realized that it may have sounded like I was directing that at you - but it was only partly directed at you... ugh, too much to try to explain here, anyway, let me change the colors and see if I think I understand what colors you just described to me...
Eddie if I could make meat balls I would make giant ones and roll them to your house with a 18 wheeler truck full of gravy and a dump truck full of brown rice. Let me check out the options. I like "B" blue, "E" green, and the rasberry is off. I will try and email you the color I am speaking of. I like chocolate #1 (it looks like fat free chocolate milk, yummm)

Okay, so we are getting MUCH closer - now you need to tell me if you want it to be fun, sassy, whimsical, if you mind floral or if you want any caricatures of yourself in a skirt, etc. Or, I can just surprise you! Weeee!
Oh, and now you have made me hungry, I can hear the beep beep of the 18 wheeler full of eddo-sized meatballs...

I LOVE the first one too. Oh my goodness I love it so much. Only one small request. Is there any way to darken the eyebrows to a more natural shade. While I like the blonde, the blonde eyebrows look too much like Lizzie Grubman (of PoweRgirls - a new show on MTV that I love) and she looks so weird with shockingly blonde hair and blonde eyebrows. Who has blonde eyebrows anyway?
Thanks for bringing me up to speed. It's all making sense now. I'm also looking for a new banner design for my page. I have no idea what I'm going to do, but feel free to throw some ideas out at me if you feel like it. :o)
My BG-Pinion is that the first one rocks and the second one is very classy... depends on which feel you are looking for. Maybe go with the first for the home page and then the second for the underlying pages.... just a thought.

I need you to design a template for MinM that is for the summer... that has a guys twist to it... like me fishing on one of Minnesota's ten thousand lakes... Also one for fall where I am Deer Hunting.... would love to have it so you can select the skin you want... like hula dula on her site. I pay well... let me know when you want to get started on mine. lol. (I am serious, about both the design and the payment.)

i've seen people with blonde eyebrows before. kt, you don't have blonde eyebrows? but you're so ... BLONDE. how could you not?
because most people with blonde eyebrows have had a little friendship with a bottle of hydrogen peroxide while my eyebrows are thier natural color. it is very rare to see a natural blonde with very blonde eyebrows

Ben you are too quick for me, it did double post (but not triple). I got some weird error page that i have never seen before so I went back and reposted the comment but the error page was wrong and my comment had gone through so I quickly tried to erase the subsequent ditto comment so that I would not be mocked and ridiculed for double commenting, alas you are too quick
