I also spruced up the colors so that they popped the way they should have from the beginning, I have to stop designing from my laptop, it is causing me design dementia.

Eddo - you might want to lower the banner on the sidebar at your mom's site, the blogger thing on top is cutting into the words.

Awww, how sweet. Your mom sounds great. It takes a really special person to do all the things that your mother has done. She deserves all the nice things she can get. :)
