Back to Reality
The vacation is over and so is the vacation eating. I had the best time in Hawai'i gorging on Mrs. Fields chocolate chip cookies, chocolate covered macadamia nuts, pineapple, fettucini, fried rice and fried noodles. You name it and I ate it! Fortunately, I didn't gain any weight while I was on the trip, but I didn't lose any either.
But now I am back and over the summer I plan to lose another 30 pounds. June, July, and August I hope to lose 10 pounds a month no matter the cost.
In an effort to help everyone understand how I view foods, I have asked Jessica Simpson, Anna Nicole Smith, and professional bodybuilder Juliette Bergman to help me demonstate how food affects me and you.
By the time I am 30 I want to have reached my goal of 270 pounds with 11% body fat. (I will be 30 in December.)

eddie! i want to lose weight, too. last night i was laying on the bed, my face buried in my pillow, mascara staining my pillowcase, crying to Roger about how fat i feel.
no more cookies, or cookie dough, for breakfast for me.
um, and why is jessica simpson so disproportionate compared to everyone else? her body is short and squatty!
Um Jes, isn't there a rule about not pointing out my flaws? I do the flaw pointing out - not the other way around... :) but you were right about me adding those names in there so that I would get traffic hits from them!
That is really funny. And Jes is right Jessica Simpson does look short and squatty. Ha! I love to see her that way.
Eddie the third lady SCARES me. In fact I think I will have nightmares of her chasing me with a cut of lean steak, a salmon filet, and a chicken breast. OMW that is one messed up dream there and it will all be becasue of you. And then Jessica (in all her squattiness) and Anna will be sitting on the sidelines pelting me with carbs and sugary items. Eddie what have you done?

I am on the weight loss path to sanity myself. 10 pounds a month is not unreasonable, just work out alot.. or I should say stay active alot.

He-He Jes, I noticed you said "no more cookies for breakfast" and not "no more cookies".
I'm not all together convinced that the third one is female!
As long as you don't have the tooth-brushing-induced-belly-shake, you should be fine. If you do have TBIBS, I advise buying an electric tooth brush, scientifically proven to counteract TBIBS.

I'm really not sure how, but I actually lost weight while you were here. Strangeness... I was vacation eating too.
So, here's my new diet plan... eat what I want and spend all day shopping, driving, or on the beach. *shrug* Sounds fun eh?
