Know Consequences

If you go to http://www.knowconsequences.com you will see the original design that I threw together for this site. It was intended to merely be a placeholder until we got the graphics and data together for the actual site.

Months later when we got everything together the people I created the site for really liked this site design despite the fact that I really wanted to take it into a much different direction.

Keeping with the current theme and mixing in some new ideas I came up with this:

http://www.postednote.com/know.htm

I don't know if it is what they are looking for or not, but I find it hard to put my name on something unless I like it too and I am not real fond of the current design - it just doesn't have enough spunk.

Also, if I am supposed to be doing a template for you - email me a reminder as I have forgotten.

And... if I have done a template for you and you decide not to use it anymore, then please let me know so I can remove you from my portfolio list. It is really embarrassing when I tell someone hey, look what I did! and then it isn't what I did at all and I have to explain that maybe you got tired of my template and decided to change it.

Myabe later today I will post a poem by Tommy Nelson that is really cool or I will regale you with tales of my trip to Walmart to buy Metamucil.

Eddie... I am no longer using your template... ;)

But that's not to say that I will never use it again... and it's not because it didn't TOTALLY rock... or that I don't appreciate all you have done for me... I just needed a change. It's not you... it's me. HAHAHAAHA... HA.

OK - I LOVE how Ben loves his sense of humor...well, I mean, I love it too, um, well - Ben, you're a funny guy. **smiles sheepishly**
Hey Eddo, hugs from Boston right back at ya...and yes, I honestly think you'll appreciate the Dukes movie...the scene where they think everyone in Atlanta is a bunch of weirdos before they realize they have the Confederate flag on the General Lee...priceless. I heard somewhere that they wrote that scene in to make it more PC. Anywho - tell me what you think when you see it.
NOW - why was it Wall-Hell??? Due to the store itself or WHAT you had to purchase????? Oh I'm so curious....

Ben, I am done with you! I expected you to keep my blog template on FOREVER!!!!!!! You were married to eddie's template till death do you part, not MARRIED IN MINNESOTA!!!

Oh, the template changes are no big deal at all. I actually encourage my young bloggers to molt every now and then and to shed their old blog skin.

It is just nice to know because really I was showing someone my portfolio recently - as in a prospective web customer and then - TA DA - I see that someone changed their design without me knowing.

So it is cool that you change your design and if you really like doing design changes then I suggest investing in Dreamweaver - it is pricey, but I think you can get your hands on an educational edition for cheap!

i like both designs - the placeholder and the second that you came up with. was it purposeful that the building's address in the background is "666?"

also - trips to walmart to buy metamucil? constipated? sad for you.

I wanna know about the Wal-Hell trip too! I feel bad for you already! Anyone who has to go to WalMart to buy Metamucil deserves a break man!
