Shakira’s new song is interesting, I think it is one of those songs that the more you listen to it the more you like it. It has some interesting lyrics and I love her voice and the fact that she says, Lycanthropy at the beginning of the song.
Two months ago I think I fractured my hand playing racquetball.
Two weeks ago I got hit in the face with a racquetball racquet.
One week ago I wrecked on my bike and scraped up my right knee.
Two days ago I tweaked my back so bad it hurts to walk.
It seems that at every turn I keep having these little problems come up… these setbacks that make me just want to throw my hands up and quit. But I won’t. I won’t go down that road, instead, I am going to laugh, although it might sound more like a mad cackle, in the face of adversity.
Man can’t even steal a woman’s purse… that big sissy. This is about 3 miles from my house in a nice neighborhood. This intersection houses a Barnes and Noble, Bed Bath and Beyond and a Michaels. The woman was probably going into Michaels to get a Bedazzler and would not be thwarted!

DESCRIPTION: The female victim was approached on a retail store parking lot by the suspect. The suspect attempted to steal the victim’s purse and run away with it. The victim fought him off and he left in the 1995 Toyota.
SUSPECT INFORMATION: White male in his 40’s; 5’8”, 165 lbs, small build, blondish brown hair, last seen wearing blue jean shorts and a sleeveless white t-shirt.
VEHICLE INFORMATION: 1995 Toyota 2 door, partial Texas license plate #Y16-YR?.

When parents have their first child they look at it as a bundle of joy filled with wonder and potential. To them it is perfection, however, they forget that even Charles Manson, Hitler and Bin Laden started out as sweet babies.
We are born as gardens filled with a variety of seeds that spring up and grow throughout our lives. Seeds of doubt mixed in with envy, greed, lust, deceit, cruelty, anger, selfishness spring up weeds that desperately try to choke out the flowers of love, joy, peace, kindness, self-discipline, and faithfulness.
When we are born it is our parents job to landscape our lives like a skilled gardener. Hours should be spent weeding out the bad and nourishing the good. In a garden that isn’t cared for beauty struggles to survive.
I think in life we often feel that we can just sit back sometimes and coast. We like to keep things low maintenance and instead of getting our hands dirty and digging into the root of the problem, we just clip it back or pay someone else to take care of the problem for us. In my own life I’m working on weeding out some bad habits and planting some good ones. I’m digging deep to unearth some deeply rooted weeds that have threatened to not only choke out the good things in my life, but to destroy me entirely. It has only been by the grace of God that I am the man that I am. If left to my own devices I feel that I not only have the imagination, but also the resources, to successfully destroy everything that I have worked hard for in my life.

If you are single then you have probably tried or thought about trying an online dating service. I tried eHarmony and Match.com without much success. You talk to multiple girls, you go out on dates and you end up wasting a lot of time and money in the process.
